Matthew Vander Werff

Matthew Vander Werff currently serves as a Vice President of Fifteen Group. Mr. Vander Werff is responsible for analysis, underwriting, and asset management of Fifteen Group real estate investments. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, Mr. Vander Werff was a Vice President at TVT Partners, and an Associate with Castle Hill and Simmons Vedder Partners, where he participated in the underwriting, market analysis, and project management for all Florida projects. In particular, Matthew managed the design, zoning, entitlement, and approvals process for a 300,000 sf office building and a 23-acre, 500-unit multifamily apartment project. Matthew also worked as a project manager for Jet Urban Development in Denver, overseeing critical aspects of the construction and renovation of several residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. He received his Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 2007, and his Bachelors Degree from Boston College in 2001.
