Jesse Biegel

Jesse Biegel serves as a Senior Associate in the Miami office. Jesse is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, execution and asset management of real estate investments and development projects. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, Jesse worked in both Acquisitions and Loan Asset Management at LNR Partners, the leading special servicer of commercial real estate mortgages. Jesse focused on underwriting distressed and performing CRE loans as well as strategy and analysis in connection with distressed debt workouts. Before joining LNR, Jesse worked in the Investment Banking Division of Bear Stearns in their New York office where he focused on valuation and financial analysis in support of the firm’s M&A advisory platform in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, Retail, and Healthcare industry groups. Jesse holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated magna cum laude.
