Justin Barth

JUSTIN BARTH is a Los Angeles-based Principal who focuses on acquisition and development opportunities in Southern California. Prior to joining Fifteen Group Justin was co-president of Genton Barth Real Estate Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate development and investment firm focused on value-added, opportunistic investments in transitional urban districts in a range of asset classes, including office, residential, retail and industrial. Prior to forming Genton Barth, he served as Vice President of a Watt Companies subsidiary located in Santa Monica, California, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of properties in conjunction with public and private equity firms. Previously, Justin was an investment banker at Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for the formation and structuring of collateralized commercial mortgages. Justin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona. He resides in Los Angeles with his two children.
