David Potter

David Potter currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Los Angeles office. David focuses on financial analysis, asset management, and transaction coordination, including underwriting and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, as well as entitlements and development operations. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, David served as an Asset Manager at BlackRock, Inc., in the real estate equity group, managing a portfolio of more than 1,000 multifamily units and 1.5 million square feet of commercial assets. He also served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at BlackRock on a pension fund advisory account with over $1 billion in assets under management. David holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
