Courtney Jacobs

COURTNEY JACOBS currently serves as a Senior Associate at the Los Angeles office. Courtney coordinates entitlement and development operations including overseeing professional services firms, maintaining community relationships, managing public relations, political/government-related relationships, land acquisition, processing permits and obtaining project approvals. She is currently overseeing day-to-day project management responsibilities for the Boyle Heights Mixed Use Project, a $2.2 billion redevelopment plan three miles East of Downtown Los Angeles. Courtney has more than seven years of development experience and holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Southern California in Public Policy, Planning and Management. Courtney’s professional affiliations include Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, Los Angeles Business Council, USC SPPD Professional Development Committee, and a member of the Boyle Heights Neighborhood Council.
